Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Digital ZestLab. Our policy regarding refunds and cancellations is as follows:

1. Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel their service subscriptions by providing a 30-day written notice to Digital ZestLab.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, refunds are generally not provided for work already performed or for advertising spend already committed.

3. Project Milestones

For project-based work, payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Digital ZestLab may, at its sole discretion, offer partial refunds in exceptional circumstances where services could not be delivered as promised.
